Step 1: Review documentation:

Before reaching out for technical support, it's always a good idea to go through the documentation that came with your purchased design. Many designers will include pdf instructions where needed. Information such as file types, sizing and required programs can also often be located within the description on a product page. 

Step 2: Reach out to the designer directly:
If you've reviewed the documentation and online resources but are still facing technical challenges or have questions, we recommend reaching out to the designer of the product directly for assistance.

How to contact a designer: 
1. From your purchases, click on the product title to head to the product page.
2. Once on the product page, to the right of the page you will see a link displaying the designer's store name - click on that link to head to the designer's store front.

3. Below the designer's store icon, you will see a send message button - Click this to contact the designer of the product directly.


Step 3: Contact Customer Support: 

If you require any further assistance, our dedicated support team are always happy to help. To contact support, please raise a support ticket.

Be sure to include the following details within your ticket:

- A link to the product you are having trouble with.
- Details of any programs you are using.
- The device you are using (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android)
- A few details to describe the issues you are facing.
