How to clear your cache and cookies

Issue: If some of our website features are not working correctly, you may need to clear your cache and cookies.


Resolution:


If you're experiencing issues with certain features on our website, it might be due to outdated or conflicting information stored in your browser’s cache or cookies. Clearing your cache and cookies can often resolve these issues, ensuring that everything works smoothly. Follow this guide to learn how to clear your cache and cookies to restore full functionality.


Chrome (computer),


1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More (the three dots in the top right)
3. Click Setting at the bottom
4. Privacy and Security on the left
5. Delete browsing data
6. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
7. Please also tick next to "Cached Images and File"
8. Click Clear data.



In the Chrome app (Android),


1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.

2. At the top right, tap More.

3. Tap History and then Clear Browsing Data.

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.

5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

6. Tap Clear data.


In the Chrome app (iPhone and iPad),


1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.

2. At the bottom, tap More.

3. Tap History and then Clear Browsing Data.

4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."

5. Tap Clear browsing data.



Safari (Mac)


1. Click on the Safari tab at the top left of your screen and choose Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Click the Privacy tab of the menu that pops up.

3. Click on Manage Website Data.

4. Click on Remove all.

5. Next, click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up.

6. At the end of the tab, select the Show Develop menu in the menu bar box and close the Preferences menu.

7. Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page.

8. Click Empty Caches from the dropdown menu.



Safari (iPhone and iPad),


1. Go to your devices Settings

2. Safari

3. Click on Clear History and Website Data.



Firefox (Mac),


1. Click the menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox, and then select Preferences.

2. Select the Privacy and Security panel.

3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data



Firefox (Computer),


1. Click the menu bar at the top of the screen, and then click Settings

2. Select the Privacy and Security panel.

3. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data



Firefox (iPhone and iPad),


1. Open Firefox, click on the hamburger menu (three lines) and tap Settings

2. Under Privacy, tap Data Management.

3. With the cache and cookies toggles turned on, tap Clear Private Data. Tap it again to confirm.



Firefox (Android),


1. With Firefox open, navigate to settings by tapping the three horizontal dots in the bottom right and selecting Settings.

2. Tap Delete browsing data and make sure the box for Cached images and files is checked.
3. Tap Delete browsing data.
