I'm logged in but my Plus Membership isn't there anymore

Why isn't my Plus Membership showing on my account? I am being asked to sign up again?

  1. Check Your Design Bundles Account:

    • It's easy to accidentally set up a new account or log into a second account, especially when you are using different browsers and profiles which quite often auto-populate with information.

    • Ensure you're logged into the correct Design Bundles account by visiting 
      https://designbundles.net/accountVerify that the email address displayed matches the one associated with your Plus subscription. If uncertain, refer to your email history for the 'Welcome to Plus' email sent when you joined, previous Plus payment receipts, or emails notifying you that your membership has been renewed and check which email address this was sent to.


  2. Explore Other Email Addresses:

    • If you can't find your Plus subscription within the account you are logged into, try logging in with other email addresses you own. Sometimes, a Plus subscription may be linked to a different email address than you remember. This is especially relevant if you have email addresses with only very slight spelling variations between them, or that just end with a different domain.


  3. Check your Subscription Payment hasn't failed:

    • Sometimes, in rare instances, a subscription can automatically cancel if payment has failed for one or several cycles, sometimes due to a technical glitch. Please check your membership payments have been successful. Don't hesitate to drop us a message, we can quickly get everything straightened out for you.

  4. Submit a Ticket for Assistance:

    • If you're still unable to locate your Plus subscription after checking everything above, don't hesitate to submit a ticket. For a quicker resolution, include the last 4 digits of the card or PayPal transaction ID used for your membership fee.

  5. Merge Multiple Accounts:

    • If you discover you have multiple accounts and wish to merge them for convenience, submit a ticket detailing the emails of each account and which email address you prefer for logging in. We'll assist you in streamlining your accounts.
