Procreate is all about empowering your creativity, and one way to do that is by importing and sharing unique brushes. Whether you're an artist looking to expand your toolkit or a creator eager to share your custom brushes, this article will guide you through the process.

Import Brushes:

You can easily import brushes in Procreate, including Procreate (.brush) and Adobe® Photoshop® (.ABR) brushes. Here's how:

1. In-App Import: Import brushes created by others directly into Procreate. Simply tap the + button to create a new brush, then tap the **Import button** at the top right. Locate the brush in the Files app, tap it, and it will appear in your Imported folder.

2. File Association: Work directly with brush files. If you have a .brush or .ABR file online or in an email, tap it, and you'll see a prompt to import it into Procreate. Your imported brushes will be organized in a folder called Imported at the bottom of your Brush Library.

Drag and Drop Brushes:

Effortlessly share or import brushes by using the Drag and Drop feature. Here's how:

- To Share Brushes: Press and hold a brush, then drag it into any compatible application. To export multiple brushes simultaneously, pick up one brush and tap others with your free hand to add them to your selection. Drag and Drop them all at once.

- To Import Brushes: Press and hold on a .brush or .ABR file, then drag it into Procreate. You can also import brushes by picking up one brush and tapping additional brushes to Drag and Drop them together.

Custom Brush Sets:

Organize your brushes with custom Brush Sets. Here's how:

Creating a New Brush Set:

1. Drag your Brush Set list downward, revealing a blue + button at the top. Tap it to create a new Brush Set. You can create as many sets as you like and arrange them in any order within the Brush Setlist.

Custom Set Options:

1. Rename: To give your new Brush Set a custom title, tap the set's default name, which is usually "Untitled Set," then tap Rename.

2. Delete: If you no longer need a custom Brush Set, you can delete it. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

3. Share: Export your custom Brush Set as a single file containing all the brushes within that set.

4. Duplicate: Create a copy of an entire Brush Set. This is especially handy if you want to duplicate Procreate's default Brush Sets.

Conclusion:

Importing, sharing, and organizing brushes in Procreate is a breeze. Whether you're an avid digital artist or just getting started, these features enhance your creative experience.
