How to Report a Quality Issue

Issue: How can I report a spelling mistake, missing file or another quality problem with a Design Bundles product?

Resolution: You can report a quality issue directly from the product listing. This sends the product details and your report to the correct team for review.

How to Report a Product

1. Find the product in your Downloads or in the search results and select its image.
2. On the download page, select the product title to open the full product listing.

3. On the product listing, select Report listing for infringement.

4. Select Report quality issues.

5. Enter your email address and explain the problem in the Provide more details box.
   Please include as much useful information as possible, such as:

• The spelling mistake or incorrect wording
• The name of a missing or damaged file
• The file format affected
• Any differences between the product preview and the downloaded files
• Details of any error message you received
  
  

6. Select Submit report.

Our team will review the report and take any necessary action. Providing clear details will help us investigate the issue more quickly.
