How Does the Design Bundles Free Trial Work?

Issue: What is included in the Design Bundles free trial, and when will I be charged?

Resolution: The free trial gives you seven days of access to the Unlimited subscription, with up to 30 product downloads during the trial.

What Is Included?

During the seven-day trial, you can:

• Download up to 30 products
• Browse products across every category
• Receive a Premium and Print-on-Demand Commercial Licence with each download
• Access the Creator design suite

Although the subscription is called Unlimited, the free trial is limited to 30 downloads. Unlimited downloading begins when the paid subscription starts, subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

Monthly and Yearly Billing

When starting your trial, you can choose monthly or yearly billing:

• Monthly: $24.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $239.90 USD charged yearly, equivalent to $19.99 per month and a 20% saving

Applicable tax is calculated when payment is taken.

Your selected billing option, trial end date and first payment date will be shown before you confirm.

What Happens When I Reach 30 Downloads?

If you reach the 30-download limit before the seven-day trial ends, you can either:

• Wait until the trial converts to a paid subscription, or
• Start the paid subscription early to continue downloading immediately

If you choose to continue early, you will be charged for the billing option selected when you started the trial:

• $24.99 USD for monthly billing, or
• $239.90 USD for yearly billing

The paid subscription will begin once payment is completed.

What Happens After Seven Days?

Unless you cancel, your trial will automatically continue as a paid Unlimited subscription using your selected monthly or yearly billing option. You can check your trial end date and billing details on the Plan and Billing page.

How to Cancel the Trial

1. Sign in to your Design Bundles account.
2. Open Plan and Billing.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow the instructions until the cancellation is confirmed.

Check that the cancellation date appears in your account and look for a confirmation email.

What Happens to Trial Downloads?

Files already downloaded and saved to your device remain yours to use under the licence issued when they were downloaded.

Products downloaded through the trial will not be available to download again once the trial or subscription becomes inactive. Access will return if you reactivate Unlimited.

Trial Offers After Free Downloads

You may see an optional trial offer after downloading a product from the Free Design Resources section.

You do not need to start the trial to keep the free product you have already downloaded. You can close the offer if you do not want to subscribe.
