Why Have I Been Charged an Extra Fee?

Issue: Why is there an extra fee alongside my Design Bundles subscription payment?

Resolution: If you see an additional charge alongside your Design Bundles subscription payment, it may be a fee added by your bank, card issuer or PayPal.

Design Bundles Ltd is based in the UK. Depending on your location and payment method, your payment provider may treat your subscription payment as an international transaction. Some providers add an extra fee when a payment is processed by a company based in another country.

Is the Extra Fee from Design Bundles?

International transaction and currency conversion fees are not charged or received by Design Bundles.

The extra amount may appear on your statement as:

• An international transaction fee

• A foreign transaction fee

• A currency conversion fee

• A cross-border payment fee

• A separate card service charge

This fee will not usually appear on your Design Bundles invoice because it was added separately by your payment provider.

How Can I Check the Charge?

Compare the subscription amount shown on your Design Bundles invoice with the amounts shown on your bank or PayPal statement.

• If the subscription amount matches your invoice and there is a separate extra fee, please contact your bank or payment provider.

• If the amount charged by Design Bundles does not match your invoice or the price shown when you subscribed, please contact Customer Support.

Can Design Bundles Refund the Extra Fee?

Design Bundles cannot refund a fee charged by your bank, card issuer or PayPal.

If your Design Bundles subscription payment was incorrect, duplicated or charged at the wrong price, our Customer Support team can review the subscription payment separately.
