Locating Purchases on Design Bundles Website

Issue: Unable to locate purchases on the Design Bundles website, even though the payment has been confirmed through PayPal or other payment methods.



Resolution:


  1. Confirm you are signed in to the correct account: Before reaching out, ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your purchase. If you have multiple accounts, try logging into each one to check for your recent purchases.

  2. Adjust filters: By default, the purchases page will display purchases from the last 30 days. If your purchase was made outside of the last 30 days, you will need to adjust the filters.
    Head to the purchases page, then select to view "All Purchases" from the drop down menu.


  3. Contact Customer Support: If you are still unable to locate your purchases after checking all possible accounts, please contact our customer support team.


    Information Required:

    • Any email addresses you may have used when setting up an account with us.
    • The PayPal transaction ID number (or other payment method transaction ID) for your purchase.

  4. Merging Accounts: If it is determined that you have multiple accounts, our support team will be happy to locate both accounts and merge them for you. This will ensure that all your purchases are available under a single account, making it easier for you to manage and access your resources.
