Issue: I've made a purchase but can't find it on the website. What can I do?

  3. Solution:

    • If your purchase isn't visible even after checking the above links, it's possible that the purchase might be associated with a different account or email address.
  4. Steps to Resolve:

    • To help us consolidate and locate your purchases:
      • Provide any email addresses you might have used to register on Design Bundles.
      • Share the transaction ID number associated with your purchase, which can typically be found in your PayPal or payment gateway statement.
  5. Merging Accounts:
