Understanding Legacy Design Bundles Subscriptions

Issue: Why has the name of my subscription changed, and do I still have my original benefits?

Resolution: Some long-term customers remain on legacy subscriptions. The displayed name may have changed, but your original allowance, benefits and licence remain the same unless you choose to move to a current subscription.

Legacy Subscription Names

Some older subscription names are now displayed differently:

• Bronze and Basic subscriptions are displayed as Hobbyist.

• Gold subscriptions are displayed as Pro.

• Silver subscriptions were upgraded to Pro.

A new displayed name does not automatically give your legacy subscription the benefits or licence of a current plan with the same name.

For example, a legacy subscription displayed as Hobbyist keeps its original legacy licence. It does not automatically change to the current Hobbyist Personal Licence.

Your Existing Licences

Products downloaded previously keep the licence issued at the time of download.

If you move to a current Hobbyist, Unlimited or Business subscription, the new subscription’s licence will apply only to future downloads.

Your Legacy Price

Your legacy price will usually continue while:

• Your subscription remains active

• Your payments remain up to date

• You do not move to a current subscription

If Design Bundles changes your price, we will notify you in advance and explain your options.

Updating Your Payment Details

Updating or confirming your payment details may move your subscription to the most recent legacy price for that plan. This is particularly important if your account has failed or overdue payments.

Please contact Customer Support before updating your details if you are concerned about losing your current price.

Moving to Unlimited

If you move from an allowance-based legacy subscription to Unlimited:

• Your unused monthly downloads will not be displayed or available while Unlimited is active.

• Your historical balance will remain recorded.

• The balance will become available again if you later return to an allowance-based subscription.

• Products previously claimed using your allowance will remain available in your account.

Products downloaded through Unlimited include the Premium and Print-on-Demand Commercial Licence.

Moving to a Current Subscription

Before changing your legacy subscription, check:

• The new price and billing cycle

• The number of downloads included

• The licence applied to future downloads

• Whether any legacy benefits will be lost

• Whether the change can be reversed

Access After Pausing or Cancelling

• Past paid purchases remain available.

• Products claimed using a monthly allowance remain available.

• Unlimited products cannot be downloaded again while Unlimited is inactive. Access returns if you reactivate.

• Files already saved to your device remain yours to use under their original licence.

• Unused legacy downloads cannot be spent while the subscription is paused or inactive.
