Licensing Options Available on Design Bundles

Issue: Which licence is included with each Design Bundles subscription?

Resolution: The licence you receive depends on the subscription active when you download a product.

Design Bundles currently offers four main licence types: Personal, Premium, Premium with Print-on-Demand rights, and Corporate.

Personal Licence

The Personal Licence is included with the Hobbyist subscription.

It allows you to:

• Create projects for your own personal use
• Create gifts for family and friends
  
  

It does not allow you to:

• Sell physical or digital products
• Use designs for business branding
• Use third-party printers or Print-on-Demand services
• Donate products where you receive business promotion, recognition or another commercial benefit

Premium and Print-on-Demand Licence

The Premium and Print-on-Demand Licence is included with the Unlimited subscription and covers one user.

Premium allows you to (Bronze, Basic, Silver, Gold, Pro, Unlimited):

• Create and sell finished physical products
• Create new digital designs where the licensed elements have been sufficiently combined, modified and transformed
• Use fonts for eligible logos, branding, packaging and stationery
• Use fonts within the permitted web font and digital embedding limits

Premium with Print-on-demand allows you to also (Silver, Gold, Pro, Unlimited):

• Use third-party printers and manufacturers
• Use designs with Print-on-Demand platforms

You cannot resell, share or redistribute the original design or font files. Adding a colour, simple text or another minor change may not be enough to create a new digital product. Please review the full licence terms before selling digital designs.

Corporate Licence

The Corporate Licence is included with the Business subscription and covers employees and members within one company or organisation.

It includes:

• Commercial use across your organisation
• Use across company-owned computers and devices
• Print-on-Demand and third-party manufacturing rights
• Expanded broadcasting and web font allowances
• Use within eligible company-operated customisation platforms
• Rights to create eligible physical products and production tools

The Corporate Licence does not allow raw design or font files to be resold, redistributed or transferred to another company.

Which Licence Is Included with Each Subscription?

Hobbyist

• 10 downloads each month
• Personal Licence with each download
• Intended for personal projects and gifts

Unlimited

• Unlimited downloads, subject to our Fair Usage Policy
• Premium and Print-on-Demand Licence with each download
• Full access to the Creator design suite
• Intended for individual commercial users

Business

• Everything included with Unlimited
• Corporate Licence covering one company or organisation
• Additional Business tools and resources
• Intended for teams, companies and organisations

Legacy Subscriptions

Legacy subscriptions may include different licensing from the current Hobbyist, Unlimited and Business options.

A change to the subscription name displayed on your account does not automatically change your legacy licence. You will retain the licence and benefits associated with your original subscription unless you choose to move to a current subscription.

Please contact Customer Support if you’re unsure which legacy licence applies to your account.

What Happens If I Change My Subscription?

The licence issued when you download a product remains with that product.

If you upgrade or downgrade, the licence included with your new subscription will apply to future downloads. Products downloaded previously will keep the licence issued at the time of download.

Important Licence Restrictions

Regardless of your subscription, you cannot:

• Resell or redistribute the original design or font files
• Share downloaded files with people who are not covered by your licence
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original assets
• Use products for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or prohibited purposes
