Procedure for Merging Accounts:
Identifying Multiple Accounts:
- Users occasionally create multiple accounts on Design Bundles, often with different email addresses. If you suspect you have more than one account and wish to consolidate them, please notify us.
Initiating the Merge Request:
- To merge your accounts, provide us with the email addresses of the accounts you'd like to combine. Indicate the primary email address you'd like to retain for your consolidated account.
Design Bundles' Response:
- Once we receive your request, our team will merge your accounts, ensuring all your purchases and data are available under the chosen primary email address.
- After the merge, if you log in using the primary email address, all your content will be accessible in one place.
Post-Merge Assistance:
- If you encounter any challenges or have questions after the merge, our dedicated team is always available to assist.
