Issue: I have used all of my credits up this month. Is there a way to purchase more credits?

Resolution:

Absolutely! If you have used up all of your monthly credits, you will have the ability to top up your credits.

To top up your credits:

Step 1: Sign in to your account
Select the Sign in button at the top of the website and enter your account details to login to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the hub

Select the membership page from the top of the website.

Step 3: Select the Membership Details page.
Click on the orange Membership Details button to head to view your membership details.
Step 4: Select to Top Up Credits

From the menu on the left, select the Top Up Credits tab.

Step 5: Purchase Additional Credits

Select the number of credits you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu on the right, then enter your payment details in the box provided. You can purchase credits via card or PayPal.

Once you have entered and checked your payment details are correct, select the green Top Up Credits button to complete your purchase.

Within a few moments, you should see the new credit amount reflected on your account.

Top-up credits - pricing

Credits can be topped up for as little as $5.00 for 5 Plus credits with a value of $1.00 per Plus credit, plus VAT if applicable.

Unlimited

If you regularly find yourself running low on credits, another option would be to upgrade to the Unlimited Plan
With the Unlimited plan, no credits are required. Once signed up, you can download as many products as you like, as often as you like without the restriction of credits.
