Issue: How can I update the payment method or billing details for my Design Bundles subscription?
Resolution: You can manage your subscription payment details from the Plan and Billing section of your account.
Update Your Payment Method
Sign in to your Design Bundles account.
Open Plan and Billing.
Select Manage Subscription.
Choose the option to update your payment method or billing information.
Enter your new details and confirm the changes.
Your updated payment method will be used for future subscription payments.
Important Information for Legacy Subscribers
Updating or confirming your payment details may move you to the most recent legacy price for your plan. This is particularly important if your account has failed or overdue payments.
Please contact Customer Support before updating your details if you are concerned about your current legacy price.
Can I Change My Billing Date?
Your next billing date is displayed within your subscription details.
Updating your payment method will not change your billing date. If you need help changing it, please contact Customer Support.
