Where can I access products I have previously downloaded from the free products page?

Issue: I would like to re-download some products I previously downloaded from the free products page. Is there a way to do this?

Resolution:

Pro and Unlimited Plus Members

A benefit of the Pro and Unlimited Plus membership plans is that the Free Product of the Week is automatically added to your account so that you can come back at a later date and download those. 

To access the weekly freebies: 

Step 1: Log into your account
Log into your account by selecting the Sign In button at the top of the website - Be sure to sign in using the email address that is associated with your Plus membership.

Step 2: Navigate to the Plus Page

Select the Plus Membership link at the top of the website to head to the Plus hub.

Step 3: Select the Freebies section
From the menu at the top of the Plus page, select the Freebies option.
Step 4: Download products

Select the green Download Now button on any products you wish to download. 

Please note: Currently our previous Free products are only stored on Pro and Unlimited accounts as a perk of the membership. 
For non-members, once the weekly freebie has expired, the files will no longer be available to download for free. We recommend storing any products downloaded from the free section on an external drive, so that you can access to those at a later date.
