   • The created text design should either be:
     • Flattened to a raster format (like PNG or JPG).
     • Expanded into vector shapes.
   • This ensures that the original font isn't required by the end customer or any third-party printer.
   • It's imperative not to resell the font or its characters in any format that implies your customers can create their own text designs. For example, converting characters to alphabet sets (SVG or PNG alphabets) or any other alphabet product (like embroidery fonts) is not allowed.

3. Using Graphics:

   • When using purchased graphics, they need to be sufficiently modified and combined with other elements (be it other graphics or text) to establish a distinct and transformative creation.
   • The new design should:
     • Not contain the original graphics in their initial state.
     • Be unique enough that it can't be mistaken for the original or pose competition to the original in the market.
   • Some graphics, especially intricate ones or complete print-ready designs, might be challenging to modify enough to meet these criteria.
