Guidelines on Using Designs for POD Services with Plus Membership:

1. Creating Transformative Works with Basic Plus Membership:

   • If you're subscribed to our Basic Plus Membership tier, to use the purchased graphics or designs for POD:
     • You must modify the acquired graphics and merge them with other elements (like other graphics or text) to form a distinct and transformative creation.
     • The new design must not incorporate the original graphics in the state they were purchased.
     • Ensure that the new design is unique enough that it can't be mistaken for or compete with the original in the marketplace.

2. POD Add-On in Plus Membership:

   • For those subscribed to the Pro or Unlimited tiers of our Plus Membership, the POD Add-On is included, permitting you to use designs as-is on POD platforms.

Do I need a POD Addon when using a font to create designs for Print on Demand?

1. POD Addon Not Required:

The POD Addon is not available for fonts because it is not a prerequisite for their usage in Print on Demand scenarios.

2. Permissible Use Under License:

Under the license, you are allowed to use fonts for creating flattened text designs. This includes words, phrases, names, or quotes that are intended to be uploaded to third-party or print-on-demand services.

3. Supported Platforms:

The usage of fonts extends to various Print on Demand platforms, including but not limited to Merch by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, RedBubble, Society 6, Zazzle, CafePress, and Printful.

4. Design Specifications:

It is essential that the designs created with the font are fully flattened. This ensures that the recipient service or party receiving the design does not require the font itself to utilize the design effectively.

5. Customization Platforms:
