How to Pause Your Design Bundles Subscription

You can pause a monthly Design Bundles subscription for up to three months in total each year instead of cancelling it.

How to Pause Your Subscription

1. Sign in to your Design Bundles account.
2. Open My Account and select Plan and Billing: https://designbundles.net/account?tab=plan-billing

3. Select the option to cancel your subscription.
4. A window will appear offering you the option to pause instead. Choose how long you would like to pause your subscription.
5. Confirm your selection.

You’ll then see confirmation of when your subscription will be paused, along with the option to cancel the scheduled pause if you change your mind.

You can pause your subscription for a maximum of three months in total each year.

Legacy Subscriptions

If you are on a legacy subscription, you may be asked to confirm or update your payment details before pausing. Follow the instructions shown, then return to the Plan and Billing page to pause your subscription.

When Will My Subscription Pause?

Your subscription will remain active until your next billing date. The pause will begin on that date, and you will not be charged while your subscription is paused.

What Happens While My Subscription Is Paused?

While your subscription is paused:

• Products purchased individually will remain available in your account.
• Products claimed using credits or monthly downloads, including those claimed through legacy subscriptions and the Hobbyist subscription, will remain available in your account.
• Products downloaded through an Unlimited subscription will not be available to download again while your subscription is paused.
• If your subscription includes a monthly download allowance, you cannot use any remaining downloads during the pause.
• You will not receive any new monthly downloads while your subscription is paused.
• Your subscription will resume automatically at the end of your chosen pause period.

Pausing is only available for monthly subscriptions. Yearly subscriptions cannot currently be paused.

Can I Resume My Subscription Early?

Yes. You can resume your subscription at any time from the Plan and Billing page.

You may also be prompted to resume your subscription when attempting to download a new product.

If you resume early, your billing cycle will restart from that date and the full monthly subscription fee will be charged immediately.
