Negative Balance on my Account

Issue: I have a negative balance on my account, why has this happened? 


Resolution:


1. Duplicate Payout: Sometimes, our system will allocate a 2nd ghost pay out, which is a known bug we are working to fix. In your payout history, if it shows the same amount on the same date twice, when you only submitted a payout once, then please contact us and we will fix this for you. 


2. Refunds: Sometimes, if you have withdrawn your full balance, and a refund is made, your proportion of that sales commission will need to be repaid. In this case, from your future sales, the amount will eventually come back into the positive. You do not have to do anything if this happens.
