Google Chrome on Desktop
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click on menu (the three dots in the top right)
3. Click onto Settings towards the bottom of the list
4. Click on Privacy and Security (on the left)
5. Click onto Site Settings
6. Click onto Pop-ups and redirects
7. Change it to Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
Google Chrome on iPhone or iPad
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click on the menu (the three dots at the bottom of the screen)
3. Settings
4. Content Settings
5. Tap block pop-ups
6. Turn this off so that pop-ups are allowed
7. Tap Done in the top right
Google Chrome on Android
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
3. Settings
4. Site Settings
5. Pop-ups and redirects
6. Change the toggle to ensure it says "Allowed"
Safari on Mac
1. Open Safari
2. Click the Safari menu in the top left of your screen
3. Settings
4. Website
5. Scroll down on the left to find "Pop-up Windows"
6. Select Allow from the "When visiting other websites" menu
Safari on iPhone or iPad
1. Open settings on your device
2. Safari
3. Scroll down to ensure "Block Pop-ups" is turned off
Firefox on Computer
1. Open Firefox
2. Open your Firefox settings. These steps are different depending on if you're using Windows or MacOS.
- Windows: Click the three lines in the top-right corner and select Settings
- MacOS: Click the Firefox menu in the menu bar towards the top left of your screen and click Settings
3. Privacy and Security
4. Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box
Firefox on iPhone
1. Open Firefox
2. Click on the three lines at the bottom of the screen
3. Settings
4. Ensure "Block Pop-up Windows" is not enabled
