Delayed Payouts via Payoneer on Design Bundles

Issue: I requested a payout via Payoneer that was scheduled to be received by a specific date, but it isn't showing in my account. What should I do?

Resolution:

Step 1: Check the payout amount: Payoneer can only process payouts of $20 or more. If your payout amount is below this, it may be stuck in a pending state. If this is the case, please cancel the payout request and re-submit it once the stored funds are displaying as $20 or above.

Step 2: Possible Delays with Payoneer: Sometimes, when a payment hasn't been received within 7 days of the request, it could be due to a temporary hold placed by Payoneer. On rare occasions, Payoneer might even cancel the payout.

Step 3: Contact Payoneer: We at Design Bundles cannot view details related to holds or cancellations from our side. To get clarity on the status of your payout, please reach out directly to Payoneer's customer support. They will provide information regarding any holds or issues they might have with the payout.

Step 4: Cancel and Re-request the Payout: If you'd like, you can cancel the initial payout request through your Design Bundles admin panel and then re-request the payout. Keep in mind:

   - This process can take up to 7 days.

   - If you still don't receive your payment 7 days after re-requesting, please get in touch with Payoneer to understand any reasons the payment might not have been successful.
